What is a P&C?
A Parents and Citizens Association is comprised of the parents, teachers and other interested citizens who have a common interest in promoting the education of our children. It helps to bring about communication and cooperation between students, teachers and parents and works to foster community interest in educational matters. It provides extra facilities and amenities for the school and works to provide a pleasant environment in which our children can gain the most benefit from their education.
What does our P&C do?
Woodlupine has an active P&C Association. The P&C operates the school canteen and the uniform shop. Additionally the P&C organises fundraising events and activities throughout the school year.
P&C Meetings
The P&C aims to meet at least once per term. Notification of meetings is sent through Connect notifications and advertised on our Facebook page. We'd love to have new members come along and join in. Meetings are a great platform to get information on what is happening in and around the school, hear from the Principal and have your say on P&C matters.
Also there are many ways to volunteer for the school in ways that suit you and your family. Volunteering can be helping in a stall, cooking a sausage sizzle, ongoing or occasional help in the uniform shop or the canteen. We welcome all volunteers!!!
